Aseptic doser
We offer the later assembly of an aseptic dosing machine for nearly all filling and closing machines for cups,
naturally also for outside products. It does not matter whether the existing dosing machine shall be replaced
for reasons of inexact filling or because of too much maintenance effort or whether an additional filler has to
be assembled to the existing machine. We would like to work out a tailor-made concept for your problem.
Our fillers have the following advantages:
- CIP – can be cleaned
- steam - sterilizable at 143°C, 3 bar
- drive mechanical or via servomotors
- on request with separate control system and recipe administration
- without moving seals
- piston and muller work in the product, consequently high filling exactness < ±0.5%
- changeable filling nozzles, via quick-action locking system
- single piston calibration
